This policy explains what information Scaleful ("Scaleful," "we," "us") collects on this website, scaleful.io, and how we use it. It covers our marketing site, our advertising, and how we follow up with people who reach out to us.
It does not cover the Scaleful platform at app.scaleful.io, which is a separate product with its own privacy policy inside the app.
Information you provide directly
When you email us, book a call, or fill out a form on this site or on a landing page we link to from our ads, we collect what you give us: typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business or your inquiry.
Information collected through advertising and analytics
We run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and on Google to bring people to this site, and we use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage leads and follow up with people who reach out. These tools use cookies, pixels, and similar technology that can collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view, and the ad, search term, or link that brought you here. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to show ads to people who have already visited our site (retargeting).

We share information with the platforms that help us run the business: GoHighLevel for CRM and follow-up communications, and Meta and Google for advertising and conversion measurement. We don't sell your information to data brokers, and we only share what's needed to run these services.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Scaleful, our clients, or others.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalization directly with the platforms we use: Meta's ad preferences, Google's ad settings, or a general industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as it's useful for following up with you or is required for our business records, and delete or anonymize it after that.
Your rights
To ask what information we have about you, or to request that we correct or delete it, email growth@joellations.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we'll honor applicable requests to the extent required by law.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
